Help for RC260 remote

I recently bought a Wesena ITX 2 case with bilt in IR receiver that came with a Philips RC260 remote.

Which plugin for Eventghost should I use to get events from this remote/IR receiver combo? EventGhost recommends I load the Speed-Link SL-6399 Media Remote plugin but when I do this most of the buttons on the remote (excluding the numerical/MCE/mute/channel up/down buttons) just give an event in the format of #2(x, x, x, x) where x are random numbers. These dont register as events but instead have info bubble icons next to them.

Is this right? I cant seem to drag these to macros.

What do the speech bubble icons with exclamation marks mean? I cant use them as events.
