I'm trying to take my use of EventGhost to the next level. I have been using it to manually start macros for use at work, but I want to start using it at home to automate things.
The problem I have is I want to sleep my media PC (running Win 7) automatically when it hasn't been used for 15 minutes. I have had a quick search around and it doesn't seem like Windows 7 can do this by itself, but EventGhost should be able to. I know there is a way to reset the idle timer - I have found this no problem, but can't figure out how I can tell EventGhost to continually reset the idle timer WHILE Spotify is playing music. Opening Spotify or playing music doesn't seem to generate any event in the event log of EG. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful - it would be even better if we can just prevent idle while ANYTHING is playing through the soundcard - this will prevent it if we are using any other program to play sound too.
