Setting up Adobe Acrobat

Post by THRobinson »

I'm trying to setup Acrobat with EG so that I can display PDF files on my TV. I mostly deal with design/photography so, not really worried about reading pages of type like with novels.

I have an HP remote/receiver working perfect with XBMC on Win7 already, just not sure how to get started with making it work with acrobat.

Basically, just looking to zoom in/out, go up/down/left/right, and flip the page forward back.

I'd like to use the up/down/left/right for, well, up/down/left/right.... ch/pg +/- buttons for next/previous pages, and zoom -/+ as back/more buttons.

I'm sure it's easy, just, missing a start point.

I can launch acrobat myself, load the file and drag it to the TV screen from my desktop manually, not really worried about that, just navigating the pages once I'm on the couch.

Thanks for any help/direction.

Try using "Emulate Keystrokes" actions.

Hey... thanks, once I got that and knew where in the tree to stick it, I have all the options I want, plus ability to launch/close the program and open/close files. :)
