Either/or:- How do I hold down a key/only hook one key?

Post by Automatic »

Either or, I understand the second one is a plugin item (I think?), but, the first one is. Basically, I'm using a 'Hama' USB IR receiver (Can't tell you the remote model) with my logitech harmony one plus remote and everything works fine plug 'n play in plex, but, the info button seems to be bound to right mouse button. After going in to EventGhost with the original controller, it seems both the right mouse button key & the info key are bound to the same function (First press what the right click button, second click was the info button):-

So, all I wanted was for it to press 'i' instead of right mouse button (for the keyboard shortcut of information in plex). But, I noticed after I did that, it seems to capture ALL of my keys, so, none of the original working ones work anymore. So, what did I do? I just remapped them all to what they were before, no big deal? Nope, because, now I can't hold my arrow keys down to go down a large list/etc. (First four were showing them being mapped, last one was me holding it down for ~ 10 seconds):-

So, pretty much. How do I either:-
  1. Hold down a key
  2. Only listen for certain inputs
