Reporting programs that do not show as tasks properly?

Post by KHShadowrunner »

not sure if this should go in the bugs forum or here but...

I'm doing some careful coding to try and get around the uPlay launcher, which is an executable that gets loaded whenever certain games are run (will require some key presses to get around).

However, unlike every other process or executable I've ever touched, if something launches this (uplay.exe)... EventGhost (currently on 0.4.1.r1600) does not pick up the task of creation or activation! Pretty crazy.

If you then unfocus it and refocus, it indicates that it creates the exe and focuses it. or it behaves normally as soon as you re-focus it (create/activate, deactivate, delete etc.)

If you close it before unfocusing, it's as if EG never knew it ran.

Confirmed that windows, however, certainly knows it's there.
