Anybody else have one of those accounts you may want to use to help keep EG.net keep being "self sufficiant"?

I'm the mystery benefactor. I volunteered, but didn't want to commit to anything until I knew all the details.

Most of you probably know me by now, having contributed heavily to the past few EventGhost releases. I have absolutely no interest in being a spambot gatekeeper (there are far better ways of handling the issue than by hand), but I don't mind taking care of the rest of what's being requested here, and I'm prepared to start as soon as zian is prepared to hand over the proverbial keys.

I think all we need at this point is somebody who has a Google Adsence account and would like to connect it to eventghost.net, and the proceeds from that adsence revenue then goes to pay for eventghost.net's hosting/domain charges.

Also the adsence revenue should be quite a bit more then any charges for site upkeep.
I would like to see that extra money go towards developers in some way.
Maybe buy them new doohickies to develop to/for?
Maybe just cash?
Maybe prizes or raffles etc?

All the fees and charges for site upkeep and maintenance is going through my own personal paypal, godaddy and domain.com accounts. I would like to change that. Just in case something happens to me... what then? Or if I failed to pay the bills. What would happen to this site?

Nothing that puts the account in any danger of being suspended. I prefer to keep my worlds separate, but I assume that's the bottom line you're looking for.

All the fees and charges for site upkeep and maintenance is going through my own personal paypal, godaddy and domain.com accounts. I would like to change that.

I've offered to host the site on my existing server and take ownership of all associated payments, and the offer stands for the time being. There are two ways we can play this:

1. Carry on as normal, with the only change being the addition of my AdSense information.
2. Transfer the domains to me, put the extra $200 toward a vBulletin license, and I'll set this place up so we never see a spambot again and continue to administrate with the same vigor I currently dedicate to my existing sites.

It no doubt does, but the proof will be in the pudding should the pudding ever be served. I can tell you that on my vBulletin forums with my custom code, the only spam that gets through is from humans, and 95% of that enters a moderation queue where the public will never see it unless a moderator marks it as a false positive. I won't be sharing my exact methods (as soon as they're public, they're no longer effective), but I don't believe I've given anyone any reason to distrust me, I believe I've proven my commitment to EventGhost, and I firmly believe that this and the Git repository are the way forward for this project.

I've been doing this for over fifteen years. If you want someone who knows what he's doing in charge of this portion of the project, I'm your man. I understand, though, that what I'm proposing represents something of a leap of faith. Ultimately, whether or not you'd like to take that leap is your decision.

I think I figured it out... In part.
I have one blank test add at eg.net front page.
Just wondering when it comes time to put the adds/code into the forum if it will need to be done at just one main page or many separate pages?
