I am using EG to its best with my irule.. keyboard plugin, brodcaster, launching application, spotify, JRMC.. etc.
Would i be able to move the mouse cursor using the EG's mouse plugin as well?
I am able to use one of the macro with mouse plugin "Turn mouse wheel" function..
However when i am trying to use the "start mouse movement in a direction" with 90 degree or even tried 180 degree.. nothing is happening.. the cursor does not move.. does not move neither by hitting the test button on the EG.. or through irule.
Is there anything that i need to enable in the computer to make this happen. the right click, left click and roller function of the mouse plugin in EG is working with iRule.. except for the direction function and the "move absolute and relative" function is not.
What do i need to do?

Mouse movements with iRule.
Re: Mouse movements with iRule.
Looks like this forum is very unfriendly to new members... and not inviting.
There is no support or help for this wonderful app.
Every single post i have made on this forum has met with no response. I guess EG is hence not the much talked about options on various remote controlled based forums and products.. I think its time for me to look elsewhere.

Sorry you feel that way, but I don't think it has anything to do with "New members", it's just a matter of how easy is the question/problem and timing, there is a limited number of people here that can/care to help. We are all normal users with different level of knowledge and don't always have the time/energy to help right away.MANswers wrote:Looks like this forum is very unfriendly to new members... and not inviting.

I have not used the mouse move actions before but I tried the "start mouse movement in a direction" and it didn't do anything for me either, testing with EventGhost 0.4.1.r1610 Win7 64bit

the Mouse Plugin works perfect for me, you can test it by adding the action to your configuration, selecting it and then press the green Play button in the symbol list (your mouse will move as long as you hold the mouse button down and stops as you release it).jonib wrote:I have not used the mouse move actions before but I tried the "start mouse movement in a direction" and it didn't do anything for me either, testing with EventGhost 0.4.1.r1610 Win7 64bit
But anyway, I don't know anything about iRule so I can't help, sorry
Re: Mouse movements with iRule.
Yepp, works for me too if I hold the button down. the name "start mouse movement in a direction" does give the impression that the mouse will start to move in a direction when I activate the action, and not only when I hold the button down. maybe the description could give more specific description.Sem;colon wrote:the Mouse Plugin works perfect for me
