How to Configure 2 IR events to open a program

Hi , May I know how to configure 2 IR events for a single program files which look like a TV. When I press 1+0 which equal to channel 10 and so on ?

You can use the fist event to enable the second event. Additionally you have to use an timer to re-enable the first event and execute the appropriate action if the second press is missing.
Depending on how many combinations you want to use I think it is much easier and flexible to use a script.

Thanks for your reply and I will trying it. But the Script is difficult for me, Cause I'm a programming idiot. :(

Actually this would be a nice task for a plugin. Maybe with SMS-like functionality also.
Currently I'm not in the mood to write it. But perhaps some other coder is willing to take the job.
