Help with temporarily locking out repeated IR commands

First and foremost, thank you for creating a piece of software that SUCCESSFULLY integrates my MCE remote with Zoom Player. I tried Girder and HIP to no avail on my Win 7 64-bit. I'm technologically inclined, too. EventGhost JUST WORKS.

Anyways, I'm in the process of setting everything up. I watch a LOT of anime on my ZP, and it's nice to utilize the chapter features top pop through an episode. However, I've noticed that it's a bit unwieldy because the IR event spams quite fast and makes it hard to easily navigate forward and backwards just one chapter. I'd like to try to lock out the previous and next chapter events after they fire, for a second or so. How can I accomplish this?

Would I do something like "Disable An Item -> Wait Some Time -> Enable An Item"?

Have you tried Action->Eventghost->Clear_Pending_Events at the end of your macro? Maybe "Wait_Some_Time" Then "Clear_Pending_Events" at the end of a Macro.

Are you using 'Autorepeat current macro'?

The timer plugin to enable/disable the macro is worth looking at too.
