I've been using EventGhost for years now to control XBMC with this cheap remote and receiver: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008EQ ... UTF8&psc=1. Months ago I started to have a problem where holding down any of the remote's buttons would seemingly crash the receiver (no matter what software was running) leaving a solid red light and no signals transmitting. Recently I found an old registry back up, ran it, re-installed and reprogrammed EG, and now everything is usable. The issue I'm having now is that the receiver will usually begin to blink randomly whenever the XBMC dims into screensaver. I'm running 0.4.1.r1640 on the latest version of Windows 7 64-bit. There are no error messages, or messages of any kind, in the log when the receiver blinks. This may not even be an EventGhost problem, but I thought you guys would have the most knowledge on the subject.
