I have an ISY Home Automation Controller that I have tied into Eventghost using the plugin found on this forum: http://forum.universal-devices.com/view ... 4&start=15
Unfortunately the plugin seems to stop working on occasion. It works fine when I restart EG. I want to create a Macro in EG that will restart the EG program if a certain event is not detected every 30 mins.
I plan to setup my Home Automation Controller to send an event every 29 mins (Heartbeat). If the event is not detected in EG I want EG to close and re-open.
What's the best way in EG to setup a countdown timer to restart itself but if an event is triggered the countdown timer restarts. Thanks in advance.
