Cannot trigger events
Cannot trigger events
Just a few days ago I noticed that the trigger event action is not working. The event to be triggered shows up in the log, but it does not execute the macro. Even if I click on the event in the event log and drag it to the top of my macro, the macro will still not be executed. I didn't change the names of my events. All of the other events that I trigger from the buttons I have mapped on my remote work just fine. What could be causing this issue?

Posting your .xml might be the easiest way to get help.

It's kind of a complicated and incomplete system, but the macros I am having issues with are contained within the media selection menu folder and the source switching folder which is inside of that one. They are found within one of the main folders called TV and Media.

The media selection folder is disabled, so the source switching folder inside is disabled too, so no events fire.

That is so obvious. I don't know why I overlooked that. I knew it had to be something simple that was preventing my macros from launching. Thanks for your help.
