RS232 Read & Write... Speakerswitch control

Post by sjolof »

I use EG to control my 8 channel speakerswitch via RS232.
It really works great, but I would like to read some information from RS232. For example I can just send a command and I will recieve the actual status of all channels. It┬┤s about 10 characters string. That string would be useful for me.

Is there any thoughts of improving the "Read"-functionality of the RS232 plugin?

But otherwise EG works like a dream! :D
