Twice keystroke trigger

Hello there.

I just searched on google but i get nothing about what i want to do and i hope here someone can help me.

I want to make a trigger based on a twice keystroke like this: If (F9 F9 in 2 seconds) then execute. Sorry for my pascal codding :D.
Maybe the Keyboard+ plugin will work or i need to do in another way ?

Look under the EventGhost actions -> "Jump if double event"
