Is there any way to trigger an event in Tellstick .Net?

I sometimes loose my RFXtrx which is connected to an TPLink USB server (because of something in the network that I just can't seem to pin down), and the only way to get it back is to pull the power plug of the USB server for a second and then plug it in again. But that works every time. I can buy a Tellstick Duo, like I have in my cabin as an extra for the RFXtrx (but that's range and redundancy, not a safeguard - no problems with loosing the RFX there), but since I already have a .Net at home that mainly works to reset or press the power button if something locks up (only have had to use it once in the time I'ave had it, but it was worth it for that) I was wondering if there's a way to send an order to a Tellstick .Net to turn on and then off again a Nexa switch. The limitation of Nexa switches is of course that after a power outage they are always off, so I'll use a relay that breaks the power to the USB server when it has power and then opens the power to the USB server when there's no power on the Nexa switch. Is there a way to do this in EventGhost, or is it futile?

Edit: Just to clarify: I'm not looking for firmware for local access to the .Net (even though there was a lot of talk about that 3-4 years ago), I still need it to be accessible from Telldus Live so I can control the server buttons from anywhere and any browser, I would just like to know if there's a sneaky way to just send command. Of course it could be possible to start a browser, log in to Telldus Live and use mouse commands to turn on and off the Nexa, it's just that there's a lot of possible errors that can happen with such a method.

Edit 2: Come to think of it, the Tellstick Duo would have to be connected to the same network as the RFXtrx is, even if it's not connected to the same USB server (which I'd also have to buy an extra of), so maybe I would have the same problem there! So not much of a backup solution in that case...

As you know, the .Net is fully depending on the connection to Telldus Live server. So, an idea, could be that you send a specific event from the RFXtrx that is captured by the .Net. Then you define a rule in Telldus Live that sends out your desired command from .Net

Unfortunately I can't see how the RFX can send an event when lost contact to it is the problem. Maybe I have to try to use the browser and mouse movements.
