Yes, it can probably be done via EventGhost.
You have already installed and functioning Pushbullet plugin?
Can you give an example of how it looks, the event (push) from plexWatch?
So far, I do not know, how it can be detected user.

This is showing the completion of a watched notification and the user, the show and what device they used.

Which part of push is the information about user?
I suppose there may appear others pushes, which you do not want to enter into a spreadsheet. What are the possibilities to distinguish them from each other?
You have the full control over plexWatch server (which is the sender of pushes)?
If so, you can add source_device_iden parameter to (sending) push?
Then the push would look like this:

Hi, I've been using this plugin for a while now and its worked perfectly but today it's stopped working. I keep getting the following error when I try to push a note to evenghost:

That's weird. I do not have such a problem. Maybe I miss some information.
Please do the following things:
1) In setting EventGhost (menu View) turn on the "Log Times" option. It is more clear, when I also see time.
2) In the setting Pushbullet plugin set Logging level = 5
Then again, do a test sending / receiving push.
If an error occurs, please attach a copy of the relevant part of the log (not the screenshot).

The problem was, when the sender was IFTTT.
In this case, the parameter 'sender_email' is missing.
Now I have this case treated, so now it should be fine.

i have eventghost r1722 and downloaded the newest pushbullet plugin. i have used my api key generated on my pushbulletaccount site and encryptionpassword. on my pushbullet site there is even an api connection listed under connected apps but no device as i configured it in the plugin settings. thx in advance

Is there any way to configure this plugin to delete pushes from other devices?

I configured Tasker and this plugin to mute my pc audio during phone call and now I have a pile of these pushes in my push history. I found instructions on this forum how to delete pushes sent from plugin itself but failed to find a way how to automaticaly delete pushes send from other devices (phone, tablet) to this plugin. I was wondering if that is even possible at the moment?
