Jump To with Payload?

Post by m19brandon »

Is there a way to include a payload with the Jump To action.

I was looking for a function like capable.

I currently use the Jump To action in combination with a global variable to pass objects, but I am starting to lose track.

all ya gotta do is

eg.event.payload =

now it may not be visible because of the jump action, but it should be there

you can change the event string also.

they are just global variable containers.

same with the eg.result.

you can't return from a script. but you can just set the eg.result to whatever you like to have it passed off to the next action in your tree.

same goes for the payload. you just have to remember that if you chnage it and there was something in it already just make sure you are done processing that data before you change it to something else.
