mouse scrollwheel emulation

I'm trying to create a macro in event ghost that will execute mouse wheel scrolls when I either double press the up and down arrows, or execute those same scrolls when I double press the same buttons. How would I do this. I'm creating this macro because I want to be able to scroll through web pages, and streaming video apps like hulu. Thanks for the help.

pressing and holding the the up and down arrows doesn't scroll the page?

That works on most web pages but not in windows store apps. I need mouse scroll wheel functionality for mostly for hulu. I use a remote control most of the time, and not a mouse and keyboard so I need the down arrow to function as a mouse scroll wheel. I'm not entirely sure which EG plugin will accomplish this.

the mouse plugin. should be installed by default. that in combination with multitap and the keyboard plugin. or the keyboard+ plugin

you can set multitap to fire an event if a key is pressed a specific number of times. (also has a timeout) and marry that event with enabling a macro that has an event in it for the arrow keys along with an action for moving the scroll wheel from the mouse plugin. and then you have something set sot hat if you press any other key it will disable the macro that does the scroll wheel
