I want to be able to turn on my TV with Eventghost. The only IR blaster I have is my Harmony One, but is there a way to send commands to that, so that it then sends an IR signal to the TV?
I can turn the TV off because it uses Jointspace, but when it's off it no longer listens to web commands and I think the only thing it'll listen to is IR.
Any ideas?

If I understand your demand, you need a USB IR Receiver+Blaster so that eventghost can blast IR signals to any device.

I personnally own a HP MCE remote, it is know to be almost "plug and play" with eventhost and windows. Once you get the HP MCE remote, you can throw the included remote because your Harmony One will behave the same way. You just need to add a "MCE PC" device on your harmony.
The USB IR receive the IR from your harmony, and can send custom IR commands to any device. The only limitation being that the two IR emitting diodes included with the HP MCE Remote only have a few centimeters range, so you need to put one of these wired diodes just in front of the IR diode of your TV.
Other IR blasters offer long range capabilities, you'll need to dig a little to find which ones.
