Hi Bit,
I reverted back to 0.3.6.1355 (went back a few releases) and the problems disappeared.
Two bugs that were introduced sometime around 1379's release:
1) Macros will NOT be processed if "log only assigned and activated events" is checked.
2) Task Activated Exclusives feature is completely messed up. I've got a bunch of entries that are supposed to enabled upon focus, but none of it works.

Both problems don't show up here with your XML. Zoom Player, IrfanView and Winamp are switching fine even with the checkbox enabled.
