Is there anyway to get the current config file name (with fully qualified path)?

I just played around with it, and it's not really read-only. The value can be changed in a python script, but it doesn't reload the config file. It does, however, change the file that EG will open the next time it is run.

Is there a way we can tell EG to restart via a python script?
