I'm trying to make a new action to change the volume up or down (with OSD display) and toggle mute. But it doesn't work, i've used master volume to relative value but it doesn't change anything... any ideas?? is this a bug?

I'm sorry i've just noticed that volume change is working, the problem is with GetMasterVolume that it's not working on vista... how can i use the VistaVolume.dll features to display current volume in OSD??

You can use "Change Master Volume" by 0% and use the eg.result return value for the OSD.
