Random Keyboard changes in detected keys

Post by fidoboy »

I'm using EG 1484 in Windows XP Pro SP3 and also in another system using Vista Ultimate 64bits. In both systems i'm experiencing the same issue, randomly, some of my events are not responding to my keystrokes, i've noticed looking into the EG log, that when i press, for example the multimedia key MediaTop (the event is Keyboard.MediaStop) i get Keyboard.ANYKEY+MediaStop is like if another key was stucked and after i press that key (ANYKEY in my example) all works again... Sometimes ANYKEY is LeftAlt, other times is Del key, etc... after i press that key all works again and EG receives the right key again....

I hope that you can understand the idea... (i'm using the keyboard plugin of course)

thanks in advance, kind regards,

FidoBoy

When pressing ctrl+alt+delete or Win+L EG doesn't get the release event because of the other desktop. So it thinks the key is still pressed.
This a long known bug...

And? Could it be solved? There is a workaround?
