direction key sends actions for keyboard AND mouse

Post by Hansi »

hello there!

using: vista home premium, sp1 installed
remote: medion. X10 as it is written in the log file.

i'm terribly sorry if i come off like a total newbie, but i am. installed eventghost a few hours ago and played with it ever since, pretty awesome. made macros, connected applications, very cool!

however i can't seem to figure out why everytime i press DOWN the remote sends the keystroke "down" AND the mousemovement.

i only want the mouse movement.

i looked for all settings, where "X10.Down" may be used and disabled all entries remotely similar and only enabled the mousemovement for this key.
still, the keystroke is sent everytime i use the left/right/down/up button.

does this have anything to do with "exclusives"? cause i didn't find much information on exclusives, or I'm just really, really bad at looking :(

any help greatly appreciated, thanks!

Have you tried the remote without EG?
Possibly the Medion driver is emulating a HID-keyboard...
If you understand german then this thread maybe helpfull.
