Is there a way to detect when a program starts and stops?
Is there a way to detect when a program starts and stops?
I want a set of macros to only work when a certain program is running and is the active window. Is there any way for EventGhost to detect this so I can set up an event that will enable/disable the macros?

My next question though I really can't find the answer for... is it possible to temporarily disable and reenable the HID service without restarting the computer?
I use Vista Media Center and want to leave HID active for that, but I also use XBMC and want it to be disabled when I start XBMC so I can map some of the extra keys that I currently cannot use since they normally launch VMC (recorded tv, guide, live tv, etc.)

the command utility net.exe can start and stop services. Not sure about UAC since you net admin priveliges for that.
