Hi All,
Currently running Vista x64 SP2 with Event Ghost 0.3.7.r1016, was running Vista SP1 yesterday and was still getting these same problems, the receiver I'm using is the USB-UIRT.
I have event ghost set to emulate several keystrokes when I hit a button on my remote, one of these keystrokes is 'backspace'. If I just have a text editor running and type in some letters then hit the button on my remote that should send 'backspace', sure enough it works and deletes those characters. If I start up Vista Media Center and go into a menu then hit the key that should send 'backspace' nothing happens (it should go back out of the menu). Sometimes if I close and open VMC the commands will work for a while, but after I go into some menu or watch a show then the commands won't work anymore, if I just hit 'backspace' on a keyboard it works fine. Also, I can see in EG that EG _got_ the command via IR and executed the 'emulate keypress' but nothing happens.
One month ago this worked 100% of the time, as of 3 days ago it started behaving like this, no keypress emulation events from EG work in VMC most of the time. Anybody else have similar problems?
