Plugin to send HTTP POST?

Post by Livin »

Just wondered if there was already a plugin to enable sending an HTTP POST?

I have a python script I wrote for XBMC a few years ago that is far more complicated then I need and I just want to simply send one command at a time from EG to Homeseer.

anyone have anything?
setup... XBMC, W7MC for DVR & Live OTA TV, JRMC for multi-zone audio, EG, MiCasaVerde Vera3, USB-UIRT IR receiver, Harmony remote, 5.2 home theater system

I'm not sure, but it would be pretty simple to make one though. If there is no script for it yet you could use something like wget to do the same thing?

I used the Python Script action for now. I will work on a plugin specific to Homeseer - the point to the issue for me.
