In order to trigger XBMC I do the following...
Find Window
if unsuccessful, jump to "XBMC-load" (which starts xbmc.exe)
Bring to Front
Maximize
basically, I check to ensure that it is not already loaded before loading it again.
BUT this only works some times.
I find it often will load XBMC even if it already exists... and it does not always Maximize the window.
Anyone else see this issue, or know how to fix?
thx

Re: Having prob: Find Window / Bring to Front / Maximize
I don't know if you have the same problem, but I had something similar with J River Mediacenter. I had the WindowMatcher function set up with only the first argument, which was something like "MediaCenter 13". Most of the time that worked, but for whatever reason, occasionally JRMC showed up as "MEDIAC~1". Those times the WindowMatcher function wouldn't work. I ended up using the "Window->Find a window" action so I could get the 2nd and 3rd arguments for WindowMatcher, and I just leave the 1st argument as None. It's worked correctly ever since.
Seems like if the WindowMatcher/Find a Window arguments are occasionally wrong, it would explain what you are seeing.

Re: Having prob: Find Window / Bring to Front / Maximize
I found different apps need different settings to be found properly. Also some don't respond to "bring to front" or "maximize", but rather "restore".
For XBMC I hae it set to seach invisible windows and:
Program:XBMC.exe
Windows Name:XBMC Media Center
Windows Class:SDL_app
The biggest issue for me is XBMC not wanting to stay minimized and stealing focus from other apps if you launched them via EvenGhost from XBMC.
