two short... monitor and target
i tried to find something similar here but i couldnÔÇÖt.
1. when the secondary monitor is enabled and active application is there, targeted (find) app for next command cant be found
2. is there a way to control primary and secondary monitor from EG (turn on/off, switch...)

Take a look at the actions in System->Display. I haven't used those functions, but it looks like it can set sleep/standby. If you are looking to change where an application starts, I think (?) that needs to be set by the application itself, although several apps (like TheaterTek) have command line arguments to adjust that.kalabajster wrote:2. is there a way to control primary and secondary monitor from EG (turn on/off, switch...)

sorry for confusing questions. ill try again to explain exact problem...
1. ill try to explain as simplest i can. my primary display is my laptop and a secondary display is Sony LCD. let say that i have winamp on the secondary display (Sony) and Browser on my primary display. if im in the middle of browsing and i want to start winamp i cant because Find A Window command cant find winamp window on the secondary screen. EG just cant see applications on my secondary display. when i move mouse pointer to the secondary display and just make click somewhere, again everything working fine on the second display but when i try to find Browser window again i cant unless i move mouse cursor back on the first display and just click anywhere on the screen. (oh my... what if i tried to explain a little more complicated )
basically im having problem focusing application windows on a non-active part of extended desktop.
2. i want to watch movie on the secondary display and to turn off primary display ONLY. but when i turn primary off, my secondary display goes off too.
as u can see, my English sucks. i hope I managed to explain this time little clearly.

I understand what you are asking, but I'm not running two monitors so I can't be of much help.
Maybe a different windows mode would help (Clone/Extended/etc)? Also, I thought the Find a Window function looked at open processes, so I'm not sure why it would care which monitor the app is running on. I know that's not much help. Sorry.
