Is there any support for the logitech S510 Media Remote (Pic below)
How can I configure this with Event Ghost? I ideally want to control MediaPortal using this remote via Event Ghost.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Don't know anything about it.
For unknown devices you should try if one of the following work, HID, MCE, X10, Keyboard
