exclusive use by a specific program

Post by 0ldfart »

Ive been trying to get VLC working from scratch. (am aware of the VLC plugin but I had some problems with it, which is why I decided to set it up manually)

The setup Ive made works GREAT :), but when I use my remote with another program (MediaPortal) all the commands are messed up.

I added "find window" [VLC] to the list of commands, to try and get them only to apply to VLC, but it doesnt seem to be working. Could anyone tell me how I can set this up so that it only works with VLC and doesnt affect other software?

I think you should try to put the Find Window in front of every Emulate Keystroke and/or enable/disable your VLC-Folder with Task create/switch events.
