Can not start ACDSee using Start Program command

When I try to start ACDsee 10 (Picture Organizer and Viewer) with the "Start Program" command, I get the Windows Vista message, that ACDSee does not work any more - a solution will be searched. :o
But I can start ACDsee by a normal double click on the application or a desctop icon (lnk-file). The program works fine under Vista. (I can produce the same error message, if I try to start the program in XP-SP2 compatibility mode using a desktop icon.)
I can start other applications without problems. I have also tried ACDSee 11 - the lastest version - the same problem exists. I have updated from 0.3.6.1449 to 0.3.6.1486 without change of the problem.
:?: Any idea what it may be?

The same here. It seems ACDSee doesn't like it to be run from Commandline. When i go to Commandline and try to start ACDSee from there, it fails too.

I have no problem starting ACDSee from command line. Runs perfectly. It is just fails from Eventghost.

workaround: Can not start ACDSee using Start Program command

Just for anyone who has a similar problem a quick and dirty workaround.
First move a start icon (LNK-file) on top of your Windows Start menu.
Then have Eventghost execute an "Emulate Keystrokes: {Win}{Down}{Enter}" command, which will start ACDSee.
