How to fix slow MCE button response?
I have a MS MCE remote that I'm using in XP Pro and XBMC with EG. Before I installed EG, the remote would work in XBMC but only the directional buttons. Response to quick, repeated keypresses was pretty good. After installing EG, response to repeated button presses is significatly slower. I assume it has nothing to do with XBMC because the same lag is visible between button presses and their response in the log. Response to a single button press seems fine, but quickly repeated button presses don't act right at all. Is there a way to fix this?

Sorry. I forgot to add that I'm running Win XP Pro SP3 and EG 0.3.7.r851.
