Reading the Parsing Events thread, I was reminded about a naming problem in a new plug in in for the FS20 PCE. A HID RF receiver for the FS20 system bei ELV.
The system used a 8 digit house code and a 4 digit device code.
Then there are mainly about two dozens commands used to control other devices (Power on, off, dim level 1 - 16, toggle, etc.) Most commands also can include some kind of timer. e.g. Turn on for time x.
So I have four components.
House code
device code
command
timer
I can't come up with a solution for simple but flexible and powerful naming convention for the event names?
Since there is a plugin for the fhz PC system there should be some users familiar with the FS20 system.
