Problem using EG in Win7 - Help needed

Hi ,
I am using Win7 32 bit ,
the EG can't see any event press by my MCE remote although I installed AlternateMceIrService,
I am using last EG version and disable the entire Win7 secruity,
I check windows event and I see the following :
"An error has pccurred(FAILED to open MCE IR Device (searched all devices in MceIrOpenUsbDongle failed with (259) No more data is avaiable "

I tried to find a solution and didn't sucssess yet ,
Is there any easy step to fix this problem ?
I need the EG working under Win7
