Hello,
I have searched and read a few post regarding each of these individually and also thumbed through the documentation, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get these two devices working together and with EventGhost.
I read somewhere that someone was able to get the Dish Remote 5.3 IR working with about 40% of the buttons, and while not optimal, that could end up being enough to satisfy my needs.
Also read that there has been luck with the ITECIR Receiver.
What my request is, if someone could give me the steps I need to perform to get this all working, or even just point me towards some pages that will teach me how to do it.
Complete noob here as far a EventGhost goes, but I am fairly experienced and knowledgeable about computer hardware and software and able to understand alot more than your average user.
I would greatly appreciate any help that can be given, Thanks!
