usb-uirt support help

Post by kusza »

I just opened up my usb-uirt and plugged in and installed the driver and event ghost. I am hoping I am just making some silly mistakes being new to using this program.

I first added the plugin under autostart, then added a macro with an action of transmit ir.
It took a few secounds to get the usb-uirt to learn the code I had to unplug it and plug it back in.
I started with a fan switch and it produced the code 0000 006D 0000 0000. This controller did not make the light activate on the usb-uirt.
Then when I tried to test the ir it just says "device is not ready"
I decided to test some it on the other fan controllers, all codes were the same. When I used a radio controller it made the led flash, but still gave me the same code 0000 006D 0000 0000.

Do I have a dud device or do you know of some way I can fix the "device is not ready issue?
