error in log for version 0.3.6.1151

I just upgraded from a perfectly running 0.3.6.964. I thought I'd check out the new features. Upon launching the new version I get this in the log now:

KeyError: 'thread'

Any idea what is causing this? Has the code for controlling mouse speed changed? My python script in the autoload currently contains:

eg.plugins.Mouse.thread.maxSpeed = 7 
eg.plugins.Mouse.thread.accelerationFactor = 0.005 
eg.plugins.Mouse.thread.accelerationStopFactor = 0.05

Yes there has been made a change for all plugins. You can't directly access member variables of plugins this way anymore. You have to rewrite it to:

eg.plugins.Mouse.plugin.thread.accelerationStopFactor = 0.05
