I'm trying to do a few things here and am having problems.
I'm trying to setup a home automation system using voice activation. I've got the home automation without my phone on my computer using Jarvis (mega-voice-command.com), EventGhost, AutoRemote for windows (http://joaoapps.com/autoremote/windows/) with the AutoRemote plugin for EventGhost (http://joaoapps.com/autoremote/eventghost/download/).
Now, in Jarvis, I've setup a voice command "Lights On", which creates an event in EventGhost called Main.lightson. ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Eventghost\eventghost.exe" -event lightson).
Configurations:
AutoRemote for Windows Desktop
Settings tab: listener port (1817)
EventGhost Tab: Outside Network Access Port (1818)
EventGhost Configuration for AutoRemote:
TCP/IP Port: 1818
Now inside my android device:
Both my desktop and my eventghost are registered device and can send and receive messages from the AutoRemote on my android device.
This is where the problem comes in, with the EventGhost Android App.
I have the android app, my phone IS rooted, and I have the Tasker plugin for EventGhost on Android.
What port should the eventghost app be listening on? I've got it set to 1818, before it was set to default 1024, I've also tried 1817, but none of this is working.
When I open Jarvis and give the voice command "lights on", it sends the event to autoremote, which sends a message to my phone under the event, but when I look on my android device, it gets NOTHING at all, not even in the autoremote app.
Is it just a matter of not using the correct ports? All of the ports are forwarded through my router and I can test from the autoremote app to the desktop and to the eventghost windows program, and it works fine, but not from eventghost on windows to eventghost on android.
What am I doing wrong here?

Nevermind, I figured it out, but I'll post my fix so others can see:
You have to use the EventGhost Network Event Sender plugin, configure it with the ip address of your eventghost plugin on your android device with the password you configure the eventghost plugin with. Then you just create a macro that uses that event as the trigger. It works fine and wonderfully with Jarvis as well. Nice!!!
