First action doesn't work

Post by fidoboy »

When using the HID plugin, it doesn't work (EG doesn't launch my Macro) the first time that i press a key after starting windows. The first time that i press the key, after EG is started it doesn't work, but the second time, it works fine, and then all works ok until next reboot...

What device is it?
Do you get an event when you enable the "use raw data as event name" option?

it's this device: http://www.profil-marketing.de/imgbase/ ... ate810.jpg I use it as three different devices in EventGhost (each device seems to control a different area in the keyboard). "Use raw data as event name" option is not enabled for me...

try enabling it and see if there is an event?
I have seen wireless keyboards which go into standby and use the first only for waking up, but do not transmit it.

I can activate that option, it's not enabled (it's grayed out)
