Windows Events

Post by PaulSinnema »

Hi,

I would like EventGhost to do something when a certain window opens. I used the FindWindow-Action but that only works when the window is already open. Is there a way to trigger an event when a window opens?

You can try use plugin "Task Create/Switch Events".

Pako,

Thanks for the reply. That works better than my solution of placing a macro in a loop but I can't see the Proxy Box opening. I realy need the Windows Events for that. For now I've created a Macro that loops and creates my own event. The other Macros are waiting for this event to fire. It works but sometimes it gets into a loop that I can't stop. Realy have to kill EventGhost when that happens.
