I'm trying to set up the gyration remote to Autorepeat the Volume Up and Down buttons. The remote sends the basic keyboard Volume up and down messages to EventGhost. By using the "jump if button is held down" action and using UIRT to transmit I would be able to increase the volume changes more rapidly on my Audio Tuner.
However, the remote sends repeating keyboard.volumeup events to EG and I have found no way to use the "autorepeat" or "jump is button is held" to increase volume changes. Does anyone have some scripting options?
1. It would be nice if UIRT-USB implored a infinite transmitting burst and a command to halt that burst like a regular remote. Then you could call the burst on buttondown and halt that burst on buttonreleased.
2. A script that detects if a button was pressed in the last 300ms or so.
Any help?
