I have a problem with my HTPC project.
Im running windows 8.1 for my HTPC and i want to open KODI / XBMC whitout seeing windows.

so far i think i have tryed averything now and nothing worked.
Notes: When i startup my machine i just got a black screen.
but when i manually eventghost it workes just fine?
therefore i cant see the problem.. i think the problem lies inside Regedit??
I turnt on a windows log file (in side msconfig) and in that file i cound't see that windows wanted to start EvenGhost? (i don't know if it will be writtent in there at all) but i have uploaded the log file

That is just a boot log. There are no errors in it.
I do not like that guide. Changing how Windows boots up will lead to trouble.
I would restore your reg keys that you changed.
How to get to a desktop
Ctrl-alt-del > Task Manger > File > Run > Explorer
I would have windows boot up normally to a desktop and have eventghost set to start on startup. Then on a 30 second or so delay launch Kobi from EG. That way you still have a desktop and you boot into Kobi after Windows and your desktop are fully load. If you want a black screen during the waiting setup auto-hide on the start menu and set a black wallpaper.
