SmartThings SmartApp: Send Events to EventGhost

I wrote a SmartThings SmartApp to send events from SmartThings to an EventGhost system running the Webserver plugin. SmartThings devices such as light switches, smart bulbs, motion sensors, thermostats, contact sensors, door locks, moisture sensors, and more can be selected within the SmartApp to send device events to EG. The result looks something like this in EG:
