Just spotted your post your post in the XBMC thread.

Grabbed your plugin, having some minor hassles because I use authentication on my system. Going to see what I can do.

Looks interesting though

EDIT : Eventghost under win7 issue (needed to run as administrator, doh!)

Very handy plugin. In fact I've just scripted a multichoice selection. Opens a main one and then transfers to other OSD menus to give the multidepth.

Are you considering putting a multidepth option in eventually? Also any plans to allow it to be skin/display an image.

Out of interest, why are using IR blasters, I have an LG telly and I'm making use of the serial port as I find it more accurate.

Is there any real way of getting feedback through this plugin such as what is playing, that sort of thing. Not from this plugin, and the xbmcclient.py file I'm using to access XBMC don't have any functions to receive feedback from XBMC only to send, put I wouldn't be surprised if that is possible ...

I'm currently try to open an url which simply returns a status back. Little bit of background, I'm using XBMC and the rather good plugin from here. I am however after a way of getting status info.

I'm running XAMPP on my core system, which has EventGhost on it. It connects to the multiple XBMC ...

I'll take a look and see if it would be complicated to add the possibility to control several XBMCs, no promises :) .

I've just started playing with EventGhost, I was hoping to use a small dedicated system with eventghost as the controller. I've had some good success with the XBMC plugin on my HTPC and getting my IR remote (MCE) working.
