Re: MCE Remote Problem

your remote does not look like the remote on that page...

What do you need?

* A PC running XP (any edition) with an available USB port (for the IR receiver).
* A MCE v2 remote

You don't have what most people call "mce remote", you have something else. the replacement driver probably doesn't ...

Find a Window not working properly?

I have Find a Window operating on the built in timer, but when it starts and then the window it is looking for opens, the action doesn't activate. (the window is found by "test")

I'm not sure how this feature is supposed to work, but it isn't working how I expect it to work.

Trying to run two macros at once, one checking the other

Summary in the second last paragraph at the bottom :)

I'm trying to wake a HTPC in the middle of the night to do some software updates. Problem is, the software mute has to be in place before the computer wakes up, because the short delay between actual waking and the eventghost waking up event is ...

Re: How do I deal with toggle-bit remotes?

I think you just record both inputs for use with each macro! if 09359035 and 403959034 both do up, then make both of them do up! :)

Re: [OPEN] Error in USB-UIRT action

More information for the record. I believe the usb-uirt plugin is a bit broken.

This takes "up" from the mce remote into usb-uirt, and then sends an ir command out with usb-uirt:

(Simple test macro)
(Event) USB_UIRT.432689F040F1
(Event) USB_UIRT.432688F050F1
(Action) USB_UIRT.TransmitIR

Holding ...

Re: [OPEN] EG freezes in system tray, stops accepting commands

Have you seen any further freezes?

I have not!

I have noticed the same sort of behavior that happened before the freeze, where it would take longer than usual for the window to load after double clicking on the tray, but even after mash-clicking during that delay the window has still been ...
