I think you just record both inputs for use with each macro! if 09359035 and 403959034 both do up, then make both of them do up!

More information for the record. I believe the usb-uirt plugin is a bit broken.
This takes "up" from the mce remote into usb-uirt, and then sends an ir command out with usb-uirt:
(Simple test macro)
