Task Create/Switch Events is what is crashing BearShare..... any idea how i can get these two apps to peacefully play together/?

OK....i narrowed it down to the faulting plugin....

Eg crashed anothe application
I have Bearshare installed in my HTPC for music downloading.......works awesome. I hadn't used it (Bearshare) for some time......I tried a few days ago and when I open it I get this: (see picture)
The only associated error in the event log is:
Faulting application name: BearShare.exe, version: 10.0 ...

I got the projector to finally work but oncovered something else that baffles me...
The Projector locks up, meaning it will not accept ANY IR even from it's own remote.....actually have to unplug the dang thing to unlock it. I hace the MCE Blaster with any old blaster controlling it, but it ...

It's a week now and i think I have this EV thing figured out......BUT, Here's my experience maybe someone can shed some light.
HTPC with ehome MCE Remote. Took a week but figured out finally how to make macros etc...actually very easy. :) I learn an IR code from Pionner Reciever and drop say MCE ...
