MCE remote with VLC plugin

Post by Tetsujin »

I am a newbie and I am willing to learn to code only if someone holds my family hostage.

Is using Event Ghost with the MCE plugin even possible with the VLC plugin?
Currently I can see the Remote commands in the Eventghost window.
Everything looks perfect. I can only get play and stop to work correctly.
I am assuming this is a problem with the VLC plugin.

I am using the MCE remote because it was really cheap and it fit.

The Link on the User Contributed Configs page gives me:

The Version I am using is dated May 2011.
Is there another place to download it?

It is unnecessary to create new threads.

Why do you use port 8080? This is typically used to HTML. This may interfere somehow.
