OSD

Post by openbox »

I read somewhere here about the OSD plugin been deprecated. Since I upgraded to the new one, I've tried the non-Plugin OSD action as well as the old plugin files (re-copied to folder from old version install) and they both result in error messages. Tried deleting and re-creating actions too.

Anybody wored around that?

Actually EG should replace the old plugin based actions to the new one on the fly if you have saved the file in the new version. But there might be a bug.

Please send your XML to this email and I will look into it:

Sent the error log, but further test indicate somehow it was a problem with the Macro entry (despite my having deleted it and remade it in the previos XML file)

- Did a File/New
- Insert Macro
- OSD
(and it worked!)

copied and pasted from the new file to the old xml file from <macro> to </macro> and then that worked too.

Perhaps it might be a bug and then again it might not.
