I'm new to EventGhost, just started messing with it yesterday. I work for an insurance brokers and we need to automate the database cleanup and accounting close of day that is performed every evening (currently I have to do this manually). So far, so boring. But the challenging part is I need to be able to change an event based on the current date.
During the close day, you are asked if you want to "change the date" (yes, we really have a system that can't automatically change the date itself!). This is the point where you just edit the date and move it on a day, so from the 4th July to the 5th etc. for the next day. I want to be able to automate this part too. Presumably I will have to capture the current date as a variable somehow and then increment it by 1. Anyone know if this is possible/easy to do with EventGhost?
Thanks in advance for any help.
